Dr. Nandi’s academic journey began at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, where he
earned his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003. He furthered his academic pursuits by
obtaining a Ph.D. from the same esteemed institute. His scholarly contributions include authoring
and co-authoring eight peer-reviewed journal articles and conference publications, along with
holding 8 granted U.S. patents, showcasing his significant contributions to the field of electrical engineering.

Early in his career, Dr. Nandi gained valuable experience working with industry giants Intel and
SanDisk. His tenure at these leading technology companies provided him with a solid foundation in
semiconductor technology and product development.

Dr. Nandi’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Sankalp Semiconductors, where he
successfully built a team of over 100 Analog Design Engineers. Under his leadership, Sankalp
Semiconductors grew significantly and was eventually acquired by HCL, marking a significant
milestone in his career. Additionally, he led product development teams at Texas Instruments India,
further solidifying his reputation as a skilled leader in the technology sector.

In his current role at Aantaric, Dr. Nandi serves on the advisory board, where he leverages his
extensive experience to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise. His role is pivotal in
shaping the technological direction and ensuring the company’s continued innovation and success.
Beyond his responsibilities at Aantaric, Dr. Nandi is also an Assistant Professor in the Electrical
Engineering Department at IIT Kharagpur. In this capacity, he contributes to academia by mentoring
the next generation of engineers and engaging in cutting-edge research.
